A lovely stay in a great beach house

The Lobster Pot Beach House was a lovely place to stay with lots of extras you don't always get in self catering properties. It was in a quiet location and the enclosed decking area was great for the dog. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Lobster pot stay

Excellent property this lovely beach house had everything you needed even enclosed decking which was really good for the dog she could be outside but not get out.lt was very clean and would certainly return to that property.

Another great stay at the lobster pot

Another great stay at the lobster pot, great facilities in the beach house, comfortable beds and sofa. This is our second stay here this year so far and we will be back later in the year.

A weeks dog friendly stay

A wonderful weeks stay at the lobster pot , every thing is there for you and your doggie to have a great week. Only slight concern was lack of shelf storage in the main bedroom to place clothes, t shirts etc but not a great issue.

Great weekend stay

The beach house is in a great location just minutes from the sports complex, pub and shop. We really like the fact that the deck was secured so that our dogs can come in and out. The kitchen is well stocked and the furniture is comfortable. We will definitely be staying again soon.

A fantastic family stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lobster Pot Beach House. It was a lovely lodge with everything you could possibly need for a break away. It is located in an ideal spot on the park, close to the leisure facilities, pub, arcade and shop and just a short walk down to the beach. We will definitely return in the future.

Last minute stay

Was everything we could ask for, lovely and comfortable and in a nice spot on The Bay. Our only complaint was there were no toilet rolls in the accommodation in either bathrooms.

Christmas get away

The lobster boy was beautiful furnished, clean and welcoming. This home has everything you need that sometimes is not available. The little touches of dog treats and biscuits made it feel really welcoming. This has the most comfortable bed in the site and we have stayed in a lot of the accommodation at the bay. I would not hesitate to book again

A great stay at The Lobster Pot Beach House.

This was our third time staying at 'The Bay' Filey. The Lobster Pot Beach House felt more spacious than the other beach house we had stayed in and we particularly liked the trellis around the patio area which made it safer for our Dog and gave a little more privacy. The Lobster Pot Beach House was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more besides. We enjoyed playing some of the board games and appreciated all of the extras which were stored in the basket/Coffee table ie:- Beach chairs, bat and ball games, wind breaks and cosy blankets to name but a few. We had a great time and the weather was glorious. Just a note that new batteries are required in the kitchen weighing scales. Thank you, hope to be back again some time.
