Charming|Relaxing Getaway w/ Terrace and Workspace

Apartment in a private condominium with a privileged location near the beach. Spacious outdoor area with plenty of light. Modern house recently restored, tastefully decorated and able to satisfy all needs.

It has two bedrooms, both with desks, and two bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to cook your meals. We have a Nespresso coffee machine with four complimentary capsules.
The open-plan living room has air conditioning. The wonderful terrace allows you to enjoy beautiful sunny days.

- It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost €60/stay). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a cot for a cost of €30 (subject to availability).
- Reservations with pets require confirmation and incur an additional cost of €40/pet.
- There is a digital file with detailed rules about the property, the address of which is posted in the apartment.
- All guests must present valid identification.
- There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment (capsules not included).
- A city tax is applied to all guests staying in properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
- The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which can encourage the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that the occasional insect will not enter our home, nor can we offer refunds if this happens. We do everything in our power to prevent this situation and ask our guests to cooperate by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.

- Stays by unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Subscribing to channels not included in the TV package will incur an additional charge for the corresponding service;
-In case of non-return of the keys, a fee of €100 will be charged per set of keys.
-If you leave the keys inside the apartment during your stay, an extra fee will apply according to the following schedule: weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM – €50; other days/times – €100.
-We promote the sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may incur additional charges.
-Amenities are for registered guests only.
-Cleaning during the stay can be provided at an extra cost of €70.
-Large pets are not allowed. Only 1 pet per booking. To avoid noise and/or damage, pets must not be left unsupervised in the apartment. Owners must ensure cleanliness and hygiene inside the apartment and the building.
-Garbage must be disposed of in the bin.
- The property allows self check-in; however, after 10:00 PM we are unable to provide support upon arrival;
- If you choose an in-person check-in, it is important to provide your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the host may need to leave and a new appointment will be required, subject to availability. Check-ins after 10:00 PM require prior confirmation and have an additional fee of €25;
-Failure to check out on time will incur a charge of €25 per extra hour.
-Treat the home as if it were your own. Leave everything as you found it.
