This bright 62 m² one-bedroom apartment is on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator on Boulevard Prince Henri, in Luxembourg's Ville Haute. It sleeps two guests.

The spacious living room looks out over the trees of the Parc Municipal, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, a calm place to relax after a day in the city.



🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining Area

Cook at home with a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery, then share a meal at the dining table.



🛏️ Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements

The bedroom has a queen bed (160 cm), room-darkening shades and storage with hangers. Bed linen and towels are provided.



🚿 Bathrooms

The bathroom has a shower, shampoo and a hair dryer, and a separate half bathroom adds extra convenience.



🧺 Laundry and Longer Stays

A washer and dryer in the apartment, plus an iron, make longer stays easy, and central heating keeps it comfortable in cooler months.

The Old Town, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the tram, which connects to the central train station, is a few minutes' walk away. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.



ℹ️ Good to Know

The Wi-Fi signal is strongest in the living room. Air conditioning is not available, and there is no parking; street parking nearby is very limited. You may notice occasional daytime noise from works in the area.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, and the building has an elevator to the 5th floor. Check-in is contactless: you'll receive a link to the online check-in, and once it's complete you'll have access to your Guest Area with all the information about your stay, including a check-in video.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in Ville Haute, the historic upper town of Luxembourg City, facing the Parc Municipal. The Old Town, the Grand Ducal Palace, Place d'Armes, restaurants, shops and, in season, the Christmas markets are all within walking distance, and the surrounding streets are quiet at night. The tram and several bus lines stop a few minutes away.



Getting Around:

The tram is a few minutes' walk away and connects to Luxembourg's central train station, and several bus lines stop nearby. Luxembourg Airport is around 15 to 20 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys. The access code will be sent once you’ve completed the check-in process through your Guest Area and it’s close to the official check-in time at 3:00 PM.
