Greensleeves - a house that sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

This beautiful seaside retreat above Porthmeor Beach is all you could ask for from a luxury coastal escape in the picturesque town of St Ives, with wonderful sea views framing its living area, and a lots of lovely outdoor space for warm weather relaxation.

Beautifully styled and spacious, Greensleeves is set over two floors and has an airy open plan living area upstairs with sweeping sea views where you can unwind, socialise and entertain. Four downstairs bedrooms (two of which are en suite) are sanctuaries for both post-beach relaxation and a great night's sleep, and all have their own Smart TVs.

Cornish holidays wouldn't be complete without some outdoor space to make the most of the west coast's wonderfully temperate climate, and this home has ample. Dine alfresco in the summer sunshine or savour evening drinks in the fresh sea air. A raised terrace overlooks the bay and is the perfect spot for a glass of bubbly, while the enclosed courtyard with its built-in seating and BBQ area is where you can get together after a day of surfing, swimming and sunbathing. Kids (and grown-ups) who are up for a bit of friendly competition can pass the time with a game of table football too, while dinner sizzles away on the fire.

With Porthmeor Beach attracting beach-goers and water sports fans all year round, finding parking in the area is often like finding a needle in a haystack, but this holiday home has space for two cars which means there's even more time for relaxation. Perfectly placed on the coast, St Ives is within easy reach of the stunning beaches at nearby Carbis Bay, The Towans and Gwithian, and for days out there are the historic sites at Hayle to discover or the South West Coast path to explore.

Please note that building works are happening to a neighboring property which can be seen from Greensleeves. A single story extension is happening which does involve scaffolding being up.  As a result, you will hear some building works noise. This is likely to be going on until end of September 2026.

Wonderful stay at Greensleeves!

We had a great time at Greensleeves. The layout of the house was amazing. The coastal view from the large window in the lounge was incredible. Great outdoor space. We loved using the upper terrace. The kitchen was well stocked, with dishes etc so it also mage it easy on the nights you wished to cook. There was room for 2 large cars. We would have no hesitation in staying again. Really enjoyed it.

We had an amazing time staying here. The house is perfect, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The house has everything you need. It really is a home from home. We will definitely be booking this property again.

This property was great for our two family group. It is very spacious with plenty of common lounging areas. Beautiful views. The only drawback is that there was only one twin room, which meant one set of teen kids argued about having to share a double bed all week. The option to have an alternative bed arrangement would be a great addition.

Well Deigned Holiday Home

We had a fabulous stay at Greensleeves- we loved the view, location and the accommodation was well designed and very comfortable. We appreciated all the space for a party of 8 adults.Parking at the property was such a bonus. The beach and town were easily accessible from the end of the road.

This was our third visit to Greensleeves with our fourth already booked. The house is located within easy walking distance of the town and beach. Plenty of onsite parking. Quiet area of St Ives. Lots of space for a family to spread out.

Stunning St Ives

Excellent cleanliness and the finishing touches inside the property could not be faulted.Superior finish, all you could need.Only 15 minutes to walk into the town.

Beautiful house

I stayed in Greensleeves with 6 friends for our annual getaway. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out. Parking for 3 cars in St Ives was a real bonus too! The only thing missing from this property is a hot tub, the top deck area would be perfect for this. This is the only reason we haven't re-booked this house for next year.

70th Birthday Celebration

We visited St Ives to celebrate my husbands 70th with friends. The house was lovely and fulfilled all of our requirements. Its situated in a quiet part of the town which suited us very well. The outside space is really nice at Greensleaves, although during our stay there was a nesting Seagull outside the kitchen door, which meant we couldn't use that door to access the terraces.

A wonderful house, in wonderful St Ives!

We had a fantastic stay during May half term at Greensleeves. The house was immaculate when we arrived and much bigger than we expected. All the bedrooms are a good size and it was excellent having the outside games rooms with space to dry all the wet suits & store our beach gear. Garden was lovely, and perfect to sit out in the evening. The main kitchen & living space with views of Porthmeor were fantastic. Plus great parking for at least two cars which is a game changer in St Ives! We can’t wait to return! Would highly recommend!
