Extending from the outside the wide doors of the living room to the dining area adjacent to the kitchen, the terrace offers a shaded place for meals, entertaining, or just relaxing with a book. Magnificent views of Marigot Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Located behind the TV room. Air conditioning, well-equipped exercise room with treadmill, free weights, HD-TV, Dish Network, Ensuite bathroom with shower.



POOL & TERRACE

Located on a lower level of the property. Large heated pool facing the view over the Marigot bay and the Atlantic ocean. Expansive sun-drenched terrace around the crystal-clear pool, embraced by a naturally landscaped garden.
