This newly renovated ground floor flat is oozing with style. A perfect place to stay for 2-4 people looking for a trip away to explore the Chilterns. The apartment is perfectly located in Old Amersham, a quintessential old market town with sophisticated cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The apartment's interior design gives a nod to the 50s and 60s era but balances beautifully with all the modern amenities one would expect of a luxury place. We're looking forward to hosting you!
The space
The entire property is newly converted with boutique and luxury fittings and furnishings throughout. You'll have the use of two fantastic, spacious social areas including plump leather sofas within the main living area and the use of a quirky (non-stocked!) bar accompanied by a pair of retro bar stools.
Divided behind a bohemian themed partition is the open plan kitchen area with another leather sofa and breakfast bar accompanied by further stools so that all guests can socialise together when preparing dinner or just winding down. Both spaces are perfect for relaxing with a glass of fizz or cup of tea after a day out exploring the beautiful Chilterns.
When you're looking to put your head down for the night there is a large, super comfortable king bedroom accompanied by an ensuite bathroom. Next door is another very spacious ensuite double bedroom with a shower room.
The layout is ideal for small families, two couples or even a couple who prefer having the space to themselves.
The kitchen facilities are all new and include a super Neff induction hob, oven and separate microwave.
There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms in addition to the lobby area for jackets, brollies and boots.
The property also benefits from high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, ensuring you can stay connected during your stay, whether you need to catch up on emails, stream your favourite shows, or simply browse the web.
The property offers ample parking space for multiple vehicles, making it convenient for those arriving by car. You'll find dedicated parking spots right outside the entrance within the oak framed carport, ensuring that you can easily unload your luggage and settle in without any hassle.
