Townsend Place est situé sur les rives de Beaver Creek, à côté d’un parc pour enfants.

Ce condo comprend un grand salon, un foyer au bois, deux salles de bain complètes, une terrasse avec un gril à gaz et une grande suite parentale avec un lit queen size. La deuxième pièce a deux jumeaux. À noter également, une télévision à écran plat avec HD dans le salon et un canapé-lit queen pour un peu plus d'espace de couchage. Il y a un casier à skis assigné au niveau inférieur, l'un des plus grands spas de Beaver Creek sur place et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Ski-In / Out est accessible via le télésiège Elkhorn (n ° 14). Tout cela est situé à seulement trois minutes à pied du centre de Beaver Creek Village.

Wonderful location

They were very accommodating for an early check in, which was wonderful. The place was not clean. We had to move a piece of furniture and there so much dirt and food crumbs under it. Other things were dirty too. The kitchen appliances need updated. We weren’t told the hot tub was broken. It was fixed on our last day. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Perfect location

While the location was perfect, unfortunately the beds were horrible. The mattresses were sunken in and very uncomfortable. In addition, it would’ve been nice to have at least one serving of coffee for the first morning. After contacting the property manager to see if there was any available, we were told we needed to go to the village to get coffee ourselves. I’d recommend preordering everything as there is absolutely nothing provided besides one small bottle of body wash.

Could not have been better!

Family of four greatly enjoyed the condo, hot tub and slope access! We hope to return next year. We appreciated the quick and easy check-in/check-out process and the rapid response from the managers for additional towels. Great work!

Good location, a little dated

Ski-in/ski-out was nice - Elkhorn lift is kinda slow, but it's better than hiking uphill to the center lifts. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. The unit itself has a 1990 vibe, so could use some updates. Also some weird light switch placements and electrical outlet performance. Although I wasn't there for TV, the limited non-HD service was still annoying. (I bought a Roku to plug in and get more choices, and HD.) I left a note for the management company about a couple of maintenance issues, so I hope they address those (range burner out and can light out).

Wonderful ski in ski out property

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was our fourth time staying at Townsend Pl and this was one of the nicest condos. The kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and all of the kitchen items that you need. One of the little things that the owners do is supply plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for the guests. The bath towels were new and soft. I love the location as well as the large hot tub to spend time in after a wonderful day of skiing. It is very easy to walk over to Beaver Creek village for apres ski or dinner out.

Great condo well located

We had a great week in this nice simple and comfortable condo. We were out skiing all day and loved coming back to the good smell of the crockpot meal that we had prepared before leaving for our ski day. We enjoyed fires in the fireplace at night. There was lots of wood ready to be used… We loved the jaccuzi too!!! The access to the Elkhorn lift was easy and the return home was too (once you knew where to go! Hahaha!) We were tired by the exercise and the cool air so we didn’t stay up late and didn’t even watch tv once! Loved our stay!!!

Guys ski trip

Perfect quarters for three guys for a week ski trip. Had everything we needed. Parking was great. Hot tub is great. Ski in ski out. Can’t be beat.

Great Location, close to main street - ski-in ski-out

Overall it was great, the location was perfect, once we figured out where we were. A better map that showed the town/lifts and the condos would have helped immensely. The kitchen worked well, but no tea kettle. Biggest complaint was the furniture. Too big in the master bedroom. and the twin beds were way too high and had uncomfortable mattresses, also lighting in there was a bit wonky. Bathrooms worked but could use an update.

Beaver Creek

Great time skiing at Beaver Creek. The ski in/ski out is tough to beat. Vail is close by to ski which we did. The place is very comfortable making it difficult to leave the friendly confines of Beaver Creek.

Great location but check lifts for ski out option.

As long as elkhorn lift is open this is a ski out. Otherwise it is just a ski in. But great shuttle service and we will be back!

Cozy Stay In a Great Location

Four of us stayed here for a family vacation in early December. Although the ski in /ski out route was not fully opened until after we left, it was still a great location. The condo could use a little updating. There is a pretty significant draft around older windows and bedroom balcony door. We put pillows there at night to stop the air. But overall, it is super cozy with a "winter wonderland" view of snow covered pines, a working fireplace , comfy furniture and beds, and lots of wine glasses (a must for us!)

Not what I was expecting

The property is kind of old and dirty Fan full of dust and main bed needs a change. The House keeping opened the door on the departure date at 9 am while we were inside getting dressed. The elevator beeping sounds inside the condo. Internet network does not exist as property manager gave me.

Beaver Creek Ski- Condo

Great location, quick walk to village out trail to the back. Nice fireplace and wood supplied! Easy access and nice hot tub for the building! Enjoyed our trip.

Location and comfort!

Exactly as advertised- great location, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Management was very clear and friendly during check-in and out. Very convenient parking which is also a big plus in Beaver Creek!

Unit had everything we needed. The location was great with easy access to the Elkhorn Lift. Good value for our last minute spring break trip. We loved Beaver Creek and will be back!

Property is quiet and well kept. The unit we stayed in was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and used it every night.

New to Beaver Creek

This condo at Townsend Place was very nice - we booked it because of the 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom. One of the biggest issues we had was the heat, only the 2nd bedroom had a ceiling fan and we slept the entire night with all windows and the sliding door open and it was still extremely warm even with nights into the 50s. Overall this was a very nice condo,.
