The ideal base for a seaside holiday in Ireland, this charming coastal cottage is just a short stroll from the sandy dunes of Brittas Bay beach. This recently renovated holiday accommodation features wooden floors in the open-plan kitchen and living room area, and new carpet in each of the bedrooms. If the âŹ40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:
âąPaid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.
âąPay As You Go electricity meter. The âŹ40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of âŹ200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to âŹ500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details in the arrival information sent in the final payment confirmation).

Brittas Bay has been awarded the âEuropean Union Blue Flag several times. This beautiful 5km stretch of sand and dunes, is designated as a Special Area of Conservation. Close by is D Store Daybreak which is open all year around or Excell Stop & Shop/BB Mini Market which is open during the summer months. Bay Cafe is a well-known cafĂ© located beside D Store, this popular cafĂ© serves delicious homemade dishes and sells fresh sourdough bread daily.Things to do in the local area:
