This stylish and elegant home, nestled on the iconic street of Trinity Grove in Greenwich is a rare find.
The house is located in the historic Royal Borough of Greenwich, with excellent transport links to anywhere in Central London.
You will find all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The property consists of a newly decorated modern kitchen / breakfast area, a spacious living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom, a garden / patio and a beautiful bathroom.
- Kitchen and living area - table for 4, TV, all the necessary kitchen amenities, toaster, kettle, pots & pans, plates & cutlery + much more
- Bedroom - with a double size bed, a drawer and a wardrobe
- sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 and a TV
- Bathroom - a very spacious bathroom with a beautiful bathtub and shower
- Garden - outdoor seating area with a gorgeous cedar bench
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.
Parking is free between 5pm and 9am during the week whilst you can park at the top of Hyde Vale at weekends for free if you can nab a space.

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
