Ground floor 2 BDR flat of a converted middle of terrace Victorian house. Unwind in a good size private garden with outdoors furniture and great afternoon sun in the summer. With a harmonic blend of colours, lots of air and smart space zoning, this home will lure you in and will make you not want to leave. An ideal choice for couples, friends or those on business trips.
A bright 2 BDR ground floor flat of a converted middle of terrace Victorian house.
-The bedroom is large with a fitted wardrobe and three windows (lots of natural light), black-out blinds on each of the three windows. There is a Victorian fireplace which is a stand-out feature in the room. The King-size bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. For guests' comfort, there is also a dressing table.
-The bathroom is modern and has a walk-in shower, connected to a combi-boiler so there is unlimited hot water. You will find fluffy towels and toiletries in there.
- A modern open-plan kitchen is fully functional and includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans supplied. Find there a large fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. All appliances are new and the hob is induction.
- Spacious breakfast bar comfortably seats two people for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
-The lounge is stylish and tastefully decorated, there is a corner sofa and a large smart TV.
-The garden is of a good size and gets great afternoon sun in the summer. I have invested in some garden furniture which makes the garden a lovely place to relax.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs ÂŁ30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of ÂŁ30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at ÂŁ30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at ÂŁ50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty ÂŁ500.
