Constructed in a rustic style in 2009 and transformed into a lavish holiday retreat through a complete renovation in 2022, Villa Calluna boasts 212 m2 of living space on a spacious 978 m2 property, fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Located 15 km from the nearest sea, the beach in the charming town of Poreč is easily accessible.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower/curtain.

There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom offers a king size bed 180x200 cm and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, while the second room contains a king size bed 180x200 cm that can be converted into two single beds measuring 90x200 cm and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

The fourth bedroom, located in front of the main entrance of the property, offers a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and its own bathroom with a bathtub and a shower curtain.

The beautifully adorned living room invites relaxation with two sofas, a coffee table, a chair, and a romantic fireplace. Entertainment awaits with a table football setup for your enjoyment. Adjacent to the living room, the dining room hosts a table for 8, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delectable meals.

Step onto the outdoor terrace to be greeted by a 32 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 m. Eight deckchairs on the sun deck provide an ideal setting for relaxation and sun-soaked enjoyment. Enhance your culinary skills with the outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
