Summary:
Foxglove House is a modern, immaculate, stylish home in the highly sought-after Charnwood village of Quorn. Thoughtfully and extensively fitted with a range of high-end improvements, this exquisite home can sleep up to six guests over three bedrooms, with two bedrooms furnished with zip and link beds to offer a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit any partyâs unique requirements.
The Space:
Foxglove House is an immaculate, modern home sleeping up to six guests over three luxury bedrooms.
Downstairs, guests can unwind in the remarkably lavish living area which boasts an electric fire, perfect for relaxing with a book, hosting family board games, or indulging in an immersive movie night courtesy of the impressive plasma screen TV.
Foxglove House also offers a fantastically well-equipped kitchen/dining room, complete with integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave and coffee machine. This is the perfect space for even the most ambitious of chefs to rustle up a hearty meal after a busy day of exploring the abundant treasures of the local area. Vast patio doors leading out into the south-facing garden flood the space with natural light, giving it a delightfully fresh and airy feel.
The downstairs of the property is also equipped with a designated desk space, perfect for those looking to work elsewhere for a change of scenery.
The property has a separate downstairs W/C for ease.
Upstairs, guests will find three luxury bedrooms sleeping up to six guests.
The master bedroom is positioned to the south of the house and is complete with a queen size zip and link bed and en suite bathroom. The bed can split into two separate twins where necessary, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit the unique requirements of any party.
The second of the three bedrooms is located next to the master bedroom, complete with a double bed and, like the master bedroom, welcoming in an abundance of natural light through the south-facing window overlooking the garden.
The third and final bedroom is located towards the front of the property, complete with a super king size zip and link bed which can, once again, be separated into twin beds, where required, to facilitate a more flexible arrangement.
The upstairs family bathroom is complete with a modern shower/bath. There is also a washing machine located in the airing cupboard on the first floor.
To the rear of the home, guests have access to a beautiful, fully-enclosed south-facing garden, complete with outdoor furniture perfect for al fresco dining in the summer months.
There is ample parking for two vehicles located at the front of the property beside the fencing on the right-hand side.
We are able to welcome one well-behaved pet to Foxglove House. Terms and conditions, as well as an additional pet fee, will apply.

The village of Quorn is also surrounded by a wealth of attractions for a diverse range of interests. These include Stonehurst Farm, The Great Central Railway, a number of National Trust Properties and even the National Space Centre.
For the fine dining enthusiasts in your party, Foxglove House is just a short drive from Michelin starred restaurant Johnâs House in Mountsorrel.
The village of Quorn is just a ten-minute drive from the market town of Loughborough and a 25-minute drive into Leicester city centre.
