Welcome travellers to our lovely and spacious home situated in the lovely town of Rabat! This place can take up to 6 guests ensuring that comfort & privacy are top priorities!
Enjoy the use of the large terrace or enjoy smaller outdoor spaces, perfect to relax & enjoy in our lovely weather. The living area, equipped with a Smart TV, leads to a fully equipped kitchen & a cozy dining area.
Also included are 3 large bedrooms and strong WIFI, making it perfect for any type of stay.

Living area| The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a Smart TV and comfortable seating arrangements. It serves as a cozy hub for unwinding after a day of exploration and creating lasting memories.
Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen and dining area form the heart of the home, offering top amenities for cooking. This space invites you to enjoy delicious meals and shared moments with loved ones.
Dining Area | Adjacent to the kitchen, our stylish dining area sets the scene for shared meals and meaningful conversations. An atmosphere of sophistication ensures every dining experience is a delightful affair, fostering togetherness.
Bedrooms| The apartment has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms include a double bed and all of them feature an en-suite.
Outdoor | each bedroom offers an outdoor area, one having a spacious terrace with comfortable sitting, the other has a smaller terrace featuring a table and chairs while the other bedroom includes a private balcony.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for all guests.

Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
