The houses are built into the hillside and each holiday flat has its own entrance. In the lower part there is a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower and WC, a small kitchenette with mini oven and 2-burner hob and a living/dining room with open fireplace, as well as a private balcony with table, 4 chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol. A small staircase leads to the upper bedroom with 2-3 beds. The other part of the house is used privately via a separate entrance.
In summer, you can cool off in our outdoor pool, play table tennis with your children and round off the evening by the campfire in our barbecue area. Listen to the crickets and enjoy the peace and quiet. You receive the Holiday-Plus Card free of charge for your entire stay. You receive many discounts in the region and the Millennium Express can be used free of charge. The proximity of the Italian border makes a short trip to the Adriatic possible. Our bakery delivery service is available all year round and brings you fresh pastries, bread and cakes every morning on request. In winter, after skiing, you can relax in front of your fireplace and enjoy the peace and quiet with your loved ones.
