Relax with the whole family, exclusive access to our spacious detached family home with amazing views. The home features modern cinema room & spacious outside decking area for eating & socialising, The large kitchen & dining room are set up with everything you will need for a family break, couples retreat or professional stay. Also features a large conservatory, which captures the sun during the afternoon & evening, all year round & offers stunning views of the Rossendale valley.
Our place is our home. You will have full access to all that you will need, to enjoy a home from home experience. We can accommodate up to 6 people & it has all the amenities you will require for a stress fee stay. Our belongings are still in the property, however you will have access to ample wardrobe & storage space for your stay.
Cinema room with a 70â Smart TV & living flame fire, with a 3 seater & 2 seater sofa, which provide a cozy feeling in the winter months & ensures there is lots of space for the whole family all year round.
Conservatory features 2 x 2 seater reclining sofas.
Dining room, seating up to 6 people.
Boasts 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 king size beds & a double sofa bed (3rd bedroom).
A selection of family game & children's toys will also be available for your use.
Free parking available for up to 3 cars on private drive, space available in back garden for bikes.
Our home is a 10 minute stroll from Rawtenstall town centre, voted as one of the most desirable, up & coming towns to visit in Lancashire, where you will find a quaint cobbled street hosting numerous bars, cafes, restaurants & independent shops. The traditional market hosts a âFoodie Fridayâ street food event on the last Friday of every month.
The Rossendale Valley has numerous walking routes including the Rossendale Way & great country pubs.
There is plenty for a family to do within walkable distance including The Rossendale Ski Slope, East Lancashire Railway & Whittaker Park & a short drive to Lea Valley Mountain Bike Trail, Townley Park & Thompson Park
The X43 bus, stops at the bottom of the road & takes you directly to Manchester city centre in 45/60 mins for only ÂŁ2

We are dog friendly, no other animals allowed, as some of our guests have allergies.
1 small well behaved dog allowed at an additional cost of ÂŁ20, to be paid on booking. Must not be left alone in the property or garden at any time & not allowed up stairs or on furniture.
If you wish to have day guests, please ask.
