âą This annex is attached to the main house, which is occupied by the owners of the annex, it has its own private side entrance. While the owners live next door, guests are guaranteed complete privacy during their stay.

âą Early check-ins and late check-outs: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. However, for confirmed bookings, we offer discounted extensions (by adding an extra night before or after your stay) if you'd like to secure additional time.

âą Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.
