Please respect the Villa and the other neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which are from 10 pm to 8 am and 2 pm to 5 pm. We kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any activities that may disturb the residences of the other Villas.

Please treat the Villa with care and respect. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will be your responsibility to repair or replace. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

Please do not bring any additional guests to the Villa without prior approval. We have a maximum occupancy of 5 guests, and we ask that you respect this limit for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Perfect for a family of 5

This property is everything we were hoping it would be and a little more. From the moment we approached the entrance to pulling up to our unit it was just spectacular. Everything was super clean and modern but I love the overall concept; nature meets modern. There is a working organic garden and a chicken coop for guests to get fresh eggs. I felt at home there. The pool was a nice touch and was deeper than i thought it would be; about 5 feet in the middle. There was an area out in the back where the kids can run around in the grass. This is perfect for a family or for a couples retreat and was super quiet. Also, the property manager went above and beyond. We were having a hard time finding the place because I didn't have Google Map app downloaded, but he did everything he could to try to provide directions. It got to the point where I sent him our location and he came and found us on his motorbike and then we followed him in. That is dedication. They have also created a guide to restaurants, beaches and other places of interest on there site. That was really helpful. They check all the boxes. Definitely worth checking out. My only complaint is that we were there only two days. I could have stayed longer, but we had a flight to catch.
