Cette charmante maison est située dans un endroit fabuleux du magnifique centre-ville d'Oaxaca. Casa Crespo est à distance de marche (5-10 min.) Des meilleures attractions que Oaxaca a à offrir, y compris l'historique Zócalo (place principale), la cathédrale Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, l'église Saint-Domingue de Guzmán, le Santo Le musée Domingo des Cultures d'Oaxaca, le Jardin Ethnobotanique, l'Eglise Carmen Bajo, l'Église Carmen Alto et l'ancien Couvent avec son marché adjacent, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants, musées, galeries et magasins.

Fantastic stay!

Apartment is clean, well stocked and has beautiful views. Great location within walking distance of the major spots in Oaxaca. Host is super communicative and helped us arrange taxis and an in-home catered meal. Will definitely return here on our next visit.

Casa Crespo - Excellente

Three couples stayed here comfortably for two weeks and really enjoyed the experience. This is a secure, well designed, maintained and located modern home. It was the first trip to Oaxaca for everyone and host Gene was super responsive and very informative on all things local to simplify and maximize our visit. Highly recommend.

Perfect home and location

We all enjoyed our stay at Casa Crespo. Everything was exactly as described. I loved that all the Oaxacan highlights were in walking distance but it was easy to get a taxi when we wanted. It was located on a quiet street far enough from the louder parts of town. We would definitely return to this home on future visits.

Fabulous Rental- Wish I Could Stay Longer

So many pluses about this rental I can't list all of them.The home is inviting from the moment you walk in - The views of the sunrise over the mountains, immaculate kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking, living room with a large screen tv with 100% reliable wi-fi and comfortable couches and a private parking space - which is a godsend in Oaxaca. The owner, Gene, always responds to requests or questions in record time and provided great restaurant and tour guide recommendations. The tour guide he recommended, Ivan, possessed encyclopedic knowledge of the archeological sites we visited (Mitla and Monte Alban) as well as the ancient caves in the area. Ninfa, Gene's on site assistant, made sure the home was well stocked daily and even when out of her way to walk us over to the local open air market on our second day where you can get the freshest, tastiest fruits and vegetables, fish, poultry, meat, imaginable. Location is perfect. You can walk to everything. Next time we're in Oaxaca, this is where we will stay. Thanks Gene and Ninfa for everything!

Exceptional Home in Oaxaca

My husband and I recently stayed at Casa Crespo in Oaxaca with a group of family for Dia de los Muertos and it was an exceptional experience! The property is beautiful, spacious, and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. It is centrally located, making it easy to explore all that Oaxaca has to offer. The listing description was accurate, and the house exceeded our expectations. It is very well appointed. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward, which made the process seamless. Our host, Gene, was fantastic — he was responsive, attentive, and made sure all of our questions were promptly addressed. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the Santo Domingo Cathedral from the property, which truly added to the charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Crespo and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca. We’ll definitely be returning for another stay! Five star experience!

Great Stay

The home is as nice as it looks in the pictures. Very cozy! It was well stocked with basic appliances and even had a few extras in the cupboards. The view of the cathedral each morning and night was great; each day presenting a new look!

The host, Gene, was one of the most attentive and communicative hosts we’ve ever dealt with. He was very helpful with any questions we had in planning our trip and while we were there. Excellent house (pretty, good taste and functional)

Everything was excellent. The Casa Crespo is a beautiful, comfortable, clean, functional house. It’s spacious. I love the clean airy feeling, being able to open doors and windows, having so much space to sit outside, being able to ser the exconvento in the background. I also loved how everything works so well. And the communication with owner was excellent, very responsive and helpful. We had no issues, problems or any complaints. I would come back here, no doubt.

Outside of finding the place which is difficult as on a busy road and no one could quite get us to the address which Google maps did not get exactly right it was great. Clean, modern, comfortable good location to get to the old city. Great host. I'd go back....Steven

Excellent location. Close to Zócalo, great restaurants, neighborhood market & “andador touristico”. Property was so nice & comfortable. Offers many extra amenities like a nice laundry room, private office, & outdoor area. Each of us had our own bathroom. Highly recommend for you stay in Oaxaca!

I was born and raised in Oaxaca, so its food, culture, climate, and traditions are all part of me. I love that place with a passion!

After graduating from High School, I attended Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah, USA, where I got a bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics. Later, I obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Marriott School of Business, also at BYU.

I have traveled to over 60 countries and Oaxaca still has a very special place in my heart, and I hope that you will fall in love with it too!

My mother's deceased husband originally built this house for his mother so it has a very special place in our hearts. The house is in impeccable condition as it has been well-kept throughout the years and we consider it a true gem for those visiting Oaxaca!

As they say, location, location, location. Casa Crespo is situated in a great spot from which to explore downtown Oaxaca and all it has to offer. If you want to be in the middle of the action of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, then Casa Crespo is it! Nonetheless, the location would not matter if the property were not comfortable, safe, and charming, with all of the amenities which will make your visit one to remember.
