A beautiful 2 bed 2 bath villa with stunning views on Mar Menor Golf Resort.
Fly into Alicante (45 min drive) or Murcia International airport (25 minute drive).
One of the best locations on the Resort with views overlooking the first fairway. Very close to the driving range and a few minutesâ walk to all the amenities.
Fully equipped and well-furnished detached bungalow-style villa with heated pool.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms:
1 x double with ensuite bathroom. This double can be changed into two singles also.
1 x twin room next to a second family bathroom
Aircon in living room and bedrooms.
Full central heating.
Galley-style kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of storage space.
Spacious lounge / diner (with metal action sofa bed) leading out to the covered patio area with newly installed glass curtains, which in turn leads out to the large pool terrace with solar lighting and frontline views of the first fairway.
Strong reliable WiFi provided throughout the property.
Upstairs solarium with solar Pergola providing shade when needed.
Short walk to all onsite amenities, which include:
Spar mini market.
Padel courts, including a basketball and football court, mini golf, gym, outdoor heated pool and bar / restaurant.
El Boulevard, again short walk offers a variety of bars and restaurants, bank, beauty salon and more.
There are also more bars and restaurants situated next to the onsite 5* hotel and luxury spa. There is a further outdoor swimming pool with a separate childâs pool.
The beaches of the Mar Menor are only a seven-minute drive. The nearest being Los Alcazares where you will find even more superb bars / restaurants / supermarkets and many more shops.
La Zenia Boulevard with its many amenities is only a 25-minute drive away.
Cartagena is 25 minutes in the opposite direction
