This 1-bedroom apartment is located in lower ground floor and accommodates up to 6 guests and features modern furnishings, a kitchen, a bright living area, 4 single beds, and a sofa bed. There is a small courtyard with in-land views, outdoor dining, and a BBQ areaâperfect for families or friends.
Located just 5 minutes from attractions like St. Georgeâs Bay and Pacevilleâs nightlife, the property is close to Greens Supermarket and other local amenities. Public transport and taxis provide easy access to nearby beaches and attractions, with secure street parking available for those opting for car rentals.
Additional information:
1. The air conditioning system for cooling and heating in this apartment is coin-operated. (1âŹ, approx. 100 minutes) and insertions âŹ1 or âŹ2.
2. The indoor shared pool and Jacuzzi is communal to all the apartments and houses in the complex area. Open until Oct 12, 2025 and will be closed for good.
3. Air Conditioning is available in the bed room and ceiling fan for the living room.
4. The shared indoor pool is with a standard temperature of 27° as per Malta Law.
5. A refundable Security Deposit of 200⏠shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage in the property that may incur while the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only and this is adjusted to âŹ50 per person from the 5th person onwards.
6. WI-FI is available for free.
7. Parking is available on the street.
8. Monthly rates between January to December excluding utility bills, monthly wifi connection and other services. Paid monthly in advance and cash on arrival.
