The Sand Villas is a private complex consisting of two independent villas: Rock Sand Villa, located on the ground floor, and White Sand Villa, situated on the upper floor. Set on the sandy shores overlooking the Mirabello Gulf in Agios Nikolaos, The Sand Villas offer a relaxed and stylish seaside retreat just a few steps from the beach. Guests can enjoy beautiful sea views and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a comfortable and memorable holiday.
White Sand Villa features a bohemian-inspired, tranquil design, with thoughtfully curated spaces that invite relaxation throughout. With a total area of 180 sq. m, Rock Sand Villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms.

-Bedroom 2: Two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), convertible into a King-size bed with a mattress topper, 42 Smart TV, private balcony with seating area, en-suite bathroom with shower
-Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom): King-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), 42 Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub located within the bedroom, private balcony with mini corner pool and seating area

-Private 30 m2 infinity swimming pool (1.4 m deep). Pool heating available upon request for an additional daily charge

- Daily breakfast is included in the accommodation cost: Breakfast is an opportunity for us to give you a taste of the services we stand for. Every morning, in the comfort of your villa, we will serve you a selection of the best Greek and international products: fresh fruit juices, Greek honey, jams, a fresh selection of bread, gluten-free bread, a variety of pies, bio eggs, mini sandwiches, cereals, Greek yogurt, and any extra requests, for a relaxed starting day. Breakfast can be served from 08:00 to 11:30.
-In-villa room service: The Sand Villas has selected for you a range of dishes from nearby restaurants. Simply peruse the menus provided in the villa and place your order through our on-site villa manager for a delectable dining experience.
-Daily housekeeping from 11:00 am - 14:00.
-Personal on-site manager: A personal on-site manager is offered during your stay to ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
