The apartment features a luxurious bathroom on the first floor, complete with both a shower and bath, as well as another bathroom on the top floor for added privacy.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Provided during your stay: - Clean towels & bedding - Hair & body shampoo - Hand soap - Wireless unlimited high-speed internet available throughout the entire apartment Please note the city tax is not included and will be collected on the day of your arrival. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night. Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. All needed instructions will be sent after your mandatory registration. If you prefer to get personal check-in (somebody will meet you at the address) or you are arriving between 21:00 pm and 09:00 am where the personal check-in is mandatory, an additional fee will be charged. The fee is as follows:

- 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR
- 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR - 00:00
- 00:30: 50 EUR.

If you request a personal check-in or arrive between 21:00 pm and 09:00 am, please inform us as soon as possible (the latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly. 1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 500 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank's processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure (keyless system). All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don't disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment's appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
