The complex was originally built in 1876 as a farmhouse and was completely renovated in 2023, with special care taken to preserve the traditional Istrian aesthetics. A smart TV, a PlayStation console and a Bluetooth speaker will come in handy for those moments of shared leisure, and you will also have direct access to the covered terrace. The modern kitchen with its glass ceramic hob is fully equipped and is separated from the dining area by a counter with high chairs, which is ideal for a quick bite to eat. On the first floor of the villa are 2 bedrooms designed to provide a pleasant relaxing environment. Both rooms are equipped with double beds and it is possible to add a baby cot.
