This stunning 4 bed villa is located in a popular residential area of Ayr. It has a large lounge and beautiful dining room with french doors into the back garden and fully fitted kitchen. It has a shower room and wc on the ground floor, a family bathroom with shower over the bath and another shower room upstairs. The property boasts a bedroom to the rear of the property with a US queensize bed, the master bedroom to the front of the property has a super king size bed, another bedroom to the rear of the property with a kingsize bed & sofa and another to the front of the property to the front with a double bed. Front and back garden, the rear garden is full enclosed and benefits from sun throughout the day. On street parking to the front of the property. The parking is permit only and you will have 1 permit to utilise, a second car can be parked in the driveway to the rear of the property.
It is situated near the seafront that you can have a leisurely stroll along or take your kids to the beachpark or softplay area. It is also central to the busy towncentre which has many shops, bars and restaurants and is not too far from the historic Burns Cottage and Burns Monument. There is also a large Morrisons within walking distance.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to
adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional
charges may apply.
The property has 1 permit which should be used for street parking, this can be found on the shelf in the lower hallway at the front door. There is one further space in the rear garden and there is a code available to open the padlock.. Please return the permit to the house before leaving as South Ayrshire Council wont supply any spare passes, non return of the pass may affect the return of your security deposit. Please also close the rear gates in the garden when you leave.
The property is for a maximum of 8 guests including children.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, failure to comply will lead to a fine.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
