Burnside Cottage is a lovely 3 bedroomed holiday home sleeping up to six guests. The cottage, originally built in the 1880s, was once the local post office and has been restored with a contemporary feel to make a perfect base to explore the stunning surrounding countryside.
The cottage comprises of a spacious fully-equipped kitchen/dinning room with ample worksurfaces, a gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A large wooden dining table seats six. The cosy sitting room has a large picture window giving views over Lochbay, leather sofas, smart TV and a wood burning stove - the ideal place to while a way cold Scottish evenings.
All three bedrooms have sea views. The Master, has a large king-size double bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also another twin/double bedroom and the third room is great for the kids as it has bunk beds. These 2 rooms share the family bathroom.
The whole house is double glazed and centrally heated. There is fast fibre wifi. The cottage is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier.
The garden, full of flowers in the summer, and the patio is an great spot to sit and watch the ever changing scenery.

Please note: The cottage is almost divided into 2 sides with the en-suite double bedroom being separated from the rest of the house by the kitchen and sitting room and out of earshot of the rest of the house.
Pets are welcome by arrangement (with a maximum of 2 per booking) on the understanding that they are not allowed on the furniture or let alone in the cottage.
Due to the remote location a car is essential.
