âąâ â Access to the neighbour's rooftop is not allowed.
âąâ â Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it (close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property.
âąâ â Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
âąâ â The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
âąâ â A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
âąâ â Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore please be careful with them.
