The space
This unique New York style apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 200 year old converted mill. There are 3 flights of stairs to consider but the rustic feel to the building gives it that original loft style NY apartment style which is worth the climb.

This apartment has been my home and I have enjoyed living in a vibrant area of the city. Now it is time for me to move on so I am happy to share my space with like-minded people who will appreciate the character and look after it like its their own.

You can walk anywhere in the city from this apartment so I would recommend leaving the car at home however there are some reasonable parking options in the area so it won't cost you more to park than to buy a drink.

As this is a 200 year old mill conversion there is no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to travel light as you will need to use the stairs.
Other things to note
Despite being in the heart of Ancoats the Apartment is on a quiet back street so you won't hear much noise especially in the bedrooms.
