Situated in the stunning coastal suburb of Bloubergstrand, Eden on the
Bay is one of the most beautiful and exciting holiday destinations in
Cape Town, popular with locals and travellers from afar. Between
spectacular views of Table Mountain in the distance, golden sunsets and
a prime location between the City Centre and the tranquil West Coast,
Bloubergstrand is the place to be.
Eden on the Bay 171 is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom 120sqm
apartment that comes fully equipped with everything you could need for
a relaxed and self-catered stay. The main living area has an open-plan
kitchen, dining area and lounge; complemented by dark tones, touches of
natural wood and ample natural light. The kitchen is fully-equipped
with every amenity needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine
for guests convenience. The lounge boasts a flat-screen TV and a large
sliding door leading to a furnished balcony with stunning ocean views.
The apartment can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests, making it the
perfect apartment for business travellers, friends or a family
vacation. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and a luxury en-suite
bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower, his&her sinks and a heated towel
rack. The second bedroom has two single beds, accessing the shared
bathroom fitted with a shower. A sleeper couch in the lounge can
accommodate an additional guest under 12 years old.
Boasting an impeccable beachfront with some of the best restaurants and
casual pubs that serve local cuisine to suit anyone's taste,
Bloubergstrand is a sought-after holiday hotspot. Known as a year-round

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
