two-bedroom, two-bathroom self-catering apartment in the shopping and
lifestyle complex of Eden on the Bay in Big Bay. Able to accommodate up
to 4 people, this apartment is ideal for holidaymakers or business
travellers.
The elegant main interior is spacious and open-plan with a fully
equipped kitchen leading to the lounge and a 6-seater dining area. The
kitchen includes a kettle, fridge, microwave, and a built-in oven with
a stovetop for guests convenience.
The luxuriously furnished lounge includes a flat-screen TV with Netflix
leading to a furnished balcony complete with seating and an incredible
view of Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. The main bedroom has a
queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and large
windows for plenty of natural light and a view worth waking up for. The
second bedroom has two single beds - perfect for children - and access
to the shared bathroom fitted with a shower.
Situated on the Eden On The Bay promenade, there is no shortage of fun
to be had here. From dining out at some of the top restaurants in the
city, spa treatments, surfing to relaxing beach days, you'll find
something to suit your interests. For guests convenience, the complex
provides immediate access to the famous Big Bay beach - a hotspot for
surfers and kitesurfers.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at Cnr Sir David Baird Dr and Otto du Plessis Dr, Big Bay

The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
