Stylish Penthouse with large terrace and private parking with EV

The stylish Soca penthouse, 4 stars, 95m2, two bedrooms, sleeps 6/7, is on the first floor in a renovated trading house from 1926, overlooking the old town of Most na Soci. The private, partly covered terrace (122 m2) has beautiful views of the mountains and the confluence of the rivers Soca and Idrica. The Soca-penthouse is a part of socaholidays. The penthouse has a wood burner, airconditioning and a heatpump system for the central heating. There is garage for storage for mountainbikes.

One day before arrival you will automatically receive all information by email for your arrival. There is self check in, so you will get the code from the key box. We I've on 2 km but we are happy to pass by if needed. We are always reachable by phone and email.

In front of the building is a private parking place for our guests with EV, entrance to the building via the front door nr 38, access to the soca-penthouse is at the first floor, the left black door with a key box for self check-in. The key code will be send with all info before arrival .

The soca-penthouse offers 95 m2 luxury living space with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and large kitchen. It has a covered terrace from 20 m2. The open terrace is more than 100 m2.

There is a train and bus station in Most na Soci.
