This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River.

The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed.

Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ.

The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities.

The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6.

Wifi and a smart TV.

NO REVIEWS YET? This is because the house has just be finished and only advertised sine July 2024. But Don't worry! We have been managing properties for 12 years, are VRBO Premier Hosts and have hundreds of 5 star reviews for the other 35 properties we manage.

This property is registered for 6 guests maximum, including infants. Please ensure you do not exceed this number before making a reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: The house is open the whole year. The access road to the house, once you leave the main road, starts with a gentle incline and then there is a steep rise which means it is not suitable for low sports cars. In Winter the access road will be cleared of snow and gritted however, cars should be fitted with winter tires and have snow chains available. If you are unable, or do not wish, to reach the house by car in Winter, you will need to park at the start of the access road and walk 300m up to the house.

Pets – Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.
