entertainment. The balcony boasts spectacular views and includes
outdoor furniture for your comfort. Relax and unwind at the majestic
shared outdoor pool where you can spend hours soaking up the sun and
taking in your surroundings. The apartment is load shedding friendly,
ensuring a seamless experience during power outages and internet access
is available for guests who need to stay connected. For added
convenience, all towels and linen are included in your stay.
The apartment comfortably accommodates four people in two bedrooms,
each equipped with air conditioning for personalized climate control.
The spacious main bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an immaculate
en-suite bathroom equipped with his and hers basins, a shower and a
bath, providing a luxurious, private space. The second bedroom features
a queen-size bed and makes use of a shared which is well appointed
with a shower, ensuring convenience and comfort for guests.
The premises offer 24-hour reception services and include on-site
restaurants, providing a convenient dining option without having to
leave the property but donât miss the opportunity to explore all the
attractions that this beautiful city has to offer.
Whether youâre enjoying the amenities within the apartment complex or
exploring the city, Aurum 101 promises a memorable and indulgent stay,
leaving you wanting to return time and time again.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 34 Victoria Rd, Bantry Bay
