Welcome to the luxurious Villa Liandri, a 600 m² paradise of opulence on a spacious 5000 m² plot in Atsipopoulo, just 4 km from the town of Rethymno and only 2.99 km from Gerani Beach. Villa Liandri is a first-class choice for families and large groups.



This palace-like retreat features a 90 m² swimming pool and an 8-seater hot tub that adorns the exterior and offers a fascinating view of the sea and an idyllic retreat to relax and enjoy. Accommodates up to 16 people (18 upon request).



The villa's pool is equipped with a state-of-the-art resistance system that is perfect for swimmers. This system generates a controlled current that allows swimmers to train against a continuous water flow, simulating the experience of open water swimming.



As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by a grandeur that defines luxurious living. The ground floor features spacious living rooms with plush sofas, a cosy seating area and a dining table for 12 - all with views of the pool and the vast sea. A 50-inch smart TV and a fireplace in the living room provide entertainment and warmth. Adjacent to this space is a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring that culinary adventures are as delicious as the surroundings.



The ground floor houses three bedrooms, each a refuge of comfort and style. The first bedroom tempts with a queen-size bed, a 42-inch TV, a fireplace, a wardrobe, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage and a private balcony with direct access to the pool and sea views. The second bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed and ample wardrobe space. An elevator provides additional comfort during your stay with access to all floors.



On the first floor, you'll find three more bedrooms. The fourth bedroom, accessible from the living room, is a spacious retreat with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and two balconies - one of which offers direct access to the pool. The fifth bedroom, accessible by elevator or stairs, features a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a balcony with sea views. The sixth bedroom, also on the first floor, offers a king-size bed (convertible to two single beds), a fireplace, a wardrobe and air conditioning. A well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub and a small kitchenette complete the accommodation on the first floor.



The basement houses an additional bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. A spacious game room beckons with a 75-inch Smart TV, PS4 console, pool table, board games, table football and a PC. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped gym and sauna. The basement also features an additional shower bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette ideal for preparing snacks or light meals.



The outdoor area offers a panorama of tranquility and features a 90 m² pool with a children's pool and an adjacent 8-person hot tub. A veranda with sea views, a seating area and a large dining table invites you to dine al fresco, while a barbecue area on the side of the house is perfect for culinary adventures. A ping-pong table and a 5x5 mini-football field provide an entertaining element in the surroundings. In the backyard, a carefully landscaped garden enhances the charm of this exceptional property.
