Little Ireland is a duplex apartment featuring an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and four Smart TVs. The bedrooms consist of a master king-size, two king-sized/zip'n link twins, each with a Smart TV and a single, serviced by two shower rooms. Cot and highchair Outside, there is available parking roadside and in a nearby car parks for 10 cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy a stay in the heart of Stranraer at Little Ireland. Note: No garden/outdoor space. Note: No laundry appliances in apartment. Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britainâs best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
Town: Stranraer, which became a Burgh of Barony in 1596 and a Royal Burgh in 1617, lies on the shores of Loch Ryan on the northern side of the isthmus joining the Rhins of Galloway to the mainland. There are many shops and cafes to while away an hour or two and the Stranraer Town Trail explains some of the fascinating history. For walkers, the Southern Upland Way touches Stranraer on its way through the Galloway Hills, having begun in Portpatrick, 7 miles to the west. Three nearby gardens are open to the public and well worth a visit at Castle Kennedy, Glenwhan and Logan. Stranraer has several beaches, however it is worth travelling to Sandhead and New England Bay for wonderful sandy beaches. A short drive south and you come to the Mull of Galloway, Scotlandâs southernmost point. The lighthouse on the headland looks over some of the last remaining sections of natural coastal habitat on the Galloway coast and an RSPB nature reserve has been set up to retain this spectacular and diverse area.
