Stanley Villa is single-storey and consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a double, along with a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Outside there is an enclosed side courtyard with furniture, a rear enclosed garden with lawn and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Please be aware that CCTV is in operation outside the property.The camera is positioned solely to monitor activity on the driveway for security purposes. One or two well-behaved dogs are welcome - extra charges apply. Sorry, no smoking. Please note that electric vehicle (EV) charging is strictly not permitted at this property.This includes the use of domestic sockets or extension leads for charging purposes.
