Villa Ana is located in an idyllic setting just outside the village of Tinjan. The interior of the villa has an area of 68 m² and is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find an elegantly furnished space consisting of kitchen, dining room and a mini corner for relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances - stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Cooking in this kitchen will be a real pleasure, and basic kitchen spices are at your disposal for preparing meals. At the dining table, which also doubles as a bar, you will find 5 chairs, and for relaxing while watching Netflix, a comfortable yellow sofa is waiting for you. All rooms are air conditioned.



There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor of the villa, which are superbly equipped to provide you with maximum comfort. There is a double bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other. The windows offer a wonderful view of the surrounding greenery, an ideal environment for peaceful dreams. The only sound you will hear is the chirping of birds during the day and the concert of crickets at night. The villa has 2 stylishly decorated bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor.



Villa Ana is surrounded by a spacious outdoor terrace with 2 lounge areas. On one side there is a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining table and on the other there is a relaxation area with armchairs and a sofa. In the extension of the terrace there is a swimming pool of 29 m², which is available all year round. Next to the pool there is a sunbathing area with 4 sunbeds for relaxing in the pleasant afternoon sun. You will certainly not lack privacy as the property is completely fenced and hidden from unwanted views.
