There is also a dining area with a large table for 8 people and a modern kitchen with everything your need for preparing a hearty breakfast or the indispensable morning cup of fresh coffee. The villa is equipped with modern furniture and stylish elements, which will make you feel comfortable here at all times, and the Istrian stone elements will provide a pleasant freshness during hot summer days.
From the top floor of the villa you can exit to the private garden, which offers plenty of natural environment full of greenery and a unique view of the surrounding valleys. There is also a spacious terrace with deckchairs, a seating table, a summer kitchen and a refrigerator so that you can always have a fresh drink at hand. An outdoor fireplace and a gas grill are at your disposal, so you will have everything you need to prepare delicious grilled dishes. During hot summer days, you can cool off in the swimming pool located on the lawn beneath the terrace.
Thanks to its location, the villa is ideal for enjoying the numerous attractions and events at your disposal in Motovun. Visit one of the many restaurants or taverns, enjoy a walk along the Motovun walls and a unique view of the surrounding valleys, or head to nearby Grožnjan for some special atmosphere of a small Istrian town. There are also numerous destinations on the western Istrian coast such as Umag, Novigrad, Rovinj or Poreč where you can see sights from the Roman era or swim on one of the many beaches.
