Welcome to Sea House.
Recently refurbished, we wanted to create a special home which embraces modern living with refined interior design, that stands-out along Norfolk Coast!
Turn off Sheringham Road and onto Temple Drive, as you arrive, the driveway has space for four cars.
Entering the house from the right hand side, off the entrance hall, a wonderful sitting room enjoys a triple aspect over the gardens and bi-fold doors onto a side terrace. This striking room is elevated by its double-height vaulted ceiling and modern inset fireplace. Closing the doors creates the cosy snug with two chairs and a large sofa, perfect for boardgames or a quieter space for family.
Through to the main room, the kitchen/dining/living space is perfect for any occasion! Big enough for the whole family and acts as the main entertaining area. The kitchen has a full set of integrated appliances, oversized central island and breakfast bar. The dining area is ideal for hosting on a grand scale and is surrounded by bi-fold doors onto a side terrace. The living area connects seamlessly with the garden terrace thanks to expansive floor to ceiling bi-fold doors that create a spectacular area for entertaining.

At the rear of the house, the garden has been beautifully designed and installed to create a splendid backdrop and outside space which complements the house perfectly. An expansive sunken and paved sun terrace wraps around the house on two sides, whilst steps gently rise to a central lawn. Mature boundaries ensure the garden is a discreet and peaceful place to enjoy. On the rear boundary we have created a decked terrace which enjoys dappled shade from mature trees and a fire pit area for family occasions.
Upstairs, the master suite includes a queen's size bed, a furnished dressing room and a luxurious en-suite shower room. A fully glazed gable features a 'Juliet' style balcony and provides wonderful views over the gardens and woodland beyond. Perfect for waking up and enjoying the sunrise through the trees.
There are two further bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite and there is another large bathroom off the landing. The master en-suite has a large walk in shower, the large bathroom has a walk in shower and a bath, with the en-suite from bedroom 2 having another slightly smaller shower unit.
Bedroom 4 and 5 are downstairs. Ideal for younger/older members of the family or those with restricted mobility. These two bedrooms share a downstairs shower-room.

The Sea House commands a truly blessed location, tucked away on a quiet loke in the heart of Weybourne, whilst embracing coastal life with the beach just a short stroll away. An excellent village shop and pub add to the attributes of this great location.
There is a handy main bus route through the village running between Sheringham and Wells-next-the-sea called the "coasthopper". If you want to travel further along the coast there are lot of other bus routes you can choose. Drop me a message if you need any other info!
