The Space:
Perfect for family groups, friends or business travellers alike this brilliant apartment will be a home away from home.
You could cook up a storm in our kitchen or take advantage of the spacious living area curling up on the sofas and watch on the Smart TV.
We have two separate bedrooms each with comfy double beds, a double sofa bed available in the living area and a single sofa bed in the bedroom. Fresh white linen throughout, with towels for each guest and hand towel in the bathroom.
A clean family bathroom completes the apartment with a bathtub and complimentary shower gel sachets. It is a family-friendly property that provides a travel cot and high chair for guests with toddlers and kids.
Start your day off right with a fresh coffee on the balcony - we provide a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary starter pods, perfect to enjoy on the gorgeous bistro table and seating set up on the balcony!
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is in the quiet business area of the city centre.
This apartment is in a residential building and so we ask that guests are respectful to the neighbours keeping noise to a minimum.
Getting Around:
Our apartment is a 15 minute walk to Lime Street Station or 4 minutes to Liverpool Moorfields. In addition Liverpool One Bus Station is a ten minute walk away.
The closest secure parking is located just a minutes walk from the apartment: NCP, Pall Mall, Exchange Station, L3 6AL - £24 per 24hr.
Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 5 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
