The Linhay in Lapford, Devon, sleeps four in two bedrooms.
The Linhay is a single-storey barn conversion housing an open-plan livnig space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a twin with en-suite shower. Outside there is a patio with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and pub and please note, two dogs are welcome (with a charge of £25 for the 2nd dog) and there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is also a travel cot and highchair, available on request. The Linhay is a wonderful place for a rural escape to Devon. Short breaks will only be accepted for 3 night or more.

This peaceful village is a great spot for a relaxing holiday with its 16th century pub and convenient SPAR shop. Lapford is an ancient village at it's heart - its origins can be traced back to the Iron Age Celts and it was mentioned in the Domesday Book. Lapford's playing field provides a great open space for ball games and there is a childrens playground. Lapford train station offers access to the many nearby charming mid-Devon towns and villages. The cosmopolitan city of Exeter with its wonderful architecture lies within 30 minutes driving distance. The nearest well-stocked town is Crediton just 9 miles away and a 20 minute drive.
