This is the ideal central place to enjoy a delicious breakfast together, a snack and drink or a fun board game at the spacious dining table! The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette grill and so much more)!

From the living room and the kitchen you look out on one of the highlights of Villa Zee en Zand, namely the beautiful garden! This outdoor paradise is equipped with a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ, making it the perfect place for a cozy BBQ or a lovely afternoon in the sun. In turn, the enclosed garden is the ideal playground for the kids!

With its 4 cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, Villa Zee en Zand can accommodate up to eight guests.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
