This beautiful detached villa is located in Maras Area of Dalyan town. Located in a quiet/peaceful area and only 3 minutes walking distance to main bar street and restaurants. Nearest super market MIGROS is also only 3 minutes away by walking which is located in end of bar street.

The villa comprising 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with shared bathroom is on the ground floor which is good for disable people to use; 1 twin bedroom and 2 double bedrooms are on the first floor which all bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms. 8 people comfortably can sleep in beds. Cot and high chair is provided. The villa is fully air-conditioned and in the kitchen area water cooler is available. The villa has a fully fitted and well equipped open-plan kitchen on the ground floor and lounge with TV.
It is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden with a variety of interesting plants and fruit trees. There is a very large (11mx5m) size salt system private swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. There is also dining table in the terrace area for eating, drinking and sitting.
And the villa has UNLIMITED WI-FI Internet Access, outside BBQ grill.

P.S: We would require breakage deposit 300 GBP cash at the check-in. We will refund this money after we check the villa and if no big damage at check-out time!
