This newly converted property is ideal for couples wanting a base to explore the area. Cosy and conveniently located, with its own private outdoor space.
Enter the wooden gate into the pretty gravelled courtyard with plants and some outdoor furniture where you will find the door to the studio. On entering the open plan area you are welcomed by the lovely intimate space with comfortable and new facilities (refurbished in Autumn 2023).
The living area has freeview TV, comfortable sofas, some books and board games, and a small dining table and chairs, perfect for a relaxing night in. The small kitchenette has crockery and cutlery along with a fridge and microwave oven, and a kettle.
The bedroom area has a handmade double bed with memory foam mattress, and built in storage and bedside units with lamps.
The lovely shower room has a walk in shower sink and WC and ample storage and mirror.
This property is perfect for all ages, and also lends itself also to guests with limited mobility, as it's all on one level with no steps to interior and minimal steps to exterior.
This property is located in the quiet village of Llanddowror, within a short drive of St Clears, Laugharne and the Pembrokeshire Border.
Just a few hundred yards away you will find Picton House hotel which is a popular restaurant and bar serving delicious meals, and a nice garden area.
There are a good choice of outdoor activities available in the nearby area, ranging from horse riding, and coasteering, to a variety of water sports, abseiling, orienteering, caving and gorge walking.
There is an abundance of interesting attractions locally, including Castles, historic houses and National Botanical Gardens to name a few.
There are many beautiful rugged beaches in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, along with the more popular coastal resorts of Pendine, Saundersfoot and Tenby.

It's perfectly located as a base to explore West Wales.
