mySTAYINN Kinloch 7 Bedroom House

This gorgeous guest house features 7 bedrooms ensuite. Each room features hot drink facilities, TV, hotel grade linen, 100% cotton towels, TV, plenty of spare sockets, ample storage and a desk. All bathrooms feature a WC, sink and walk-in shower and come with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

1 bedroom and living spaces (living room, large dining room, entrance hall and kitchen) are on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms are up 1 flight of stairs on the 1st floor and the remaining 2 bedrooms are located up 2 flights of stairs on the 2nd floor.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances you would expect including an induction hob, washing machine, dryer, massive fridge and freezer, microwave and more.

There is pay and display parking nearby in the surrounding area and in the large public car park 20 meters away from the property. Parking is pay and display but is free from 6pm to 8am. We have some helpful parking information in our complimentary guest guidebook.

Our 3rd party company provides cleaning and laundry to an exceptionally high standard and our own team are friendly, professional and very happy to help with all of our questions and requests.

There is so much for everyone to see and enjoy in Inverness - the heart of the Scottish Highlands.

Explore the enchanting historical sites such as Inverness Castle, Culloden Battlefield and the infamous Loch Ness and perhaps catch a glimpse of the legendary Loch Ness Monster. Stroll along the picturesque banks of the River Ness, where you can enjoy scenic walks and take in the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Out of the 10 different places we stayed during our 3 week trip to Scotland, this place was the most odd. It was like staying in an apartment building and everybody had their own key to their room. Downstairs area is like a cafe storefront with nothing in it but some tables. There really is no place to gather as a family. There were not too many places that required us to have an elaborate check-in process including photo IDs of every guest. There were enough rooms for our party of 8 (we needed five bedrooms), and it is well located in Inverness, a truly lovely and beautiful city. The place is well located with quick access to many fine restaurants and pubs. We toured Uile-bheist brewery and distillery and had a fabulous dinner.I would recommend this place if you were with a larger group that didn't want to sit around and enjoy a place but rather enjoy the city.Watch out for the seagulls in Inverness, they'll grab food right out of your hands as you walk.

Great location, subpar accommodation

The property was in an amazing location right in the heart of Inverness. There’s a convenient parking lot located right by the property which made it very accessible. We were using Inverness as a base to explore the highlands, so the parking access was necessary. Unfortunately the property itself leaves much to be desired. While all the units have bathrooms, some of the bathrooms were not as nice as others (particularly in rooms on the second floor, where it seems the bathrooms were not part of the original unit floor plan). The bathrooms were all very small, except for the bathroom on the main level. My wife and I used unit 4 in particular, and unfortunately there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom that rendered it unusable during our stay. Fortunately we rented the entire property as we were a group of 11, so we were able to use other rooms. The host was super nice and responsive about this, but unfortunately I don’t think much could be done about the smell. Overall, if you intend to be in the property for long periods of your stay, I wouldn’t recommend. If you just need a place to sleep at night, this property is serviceable as the location can’t be beat!

Wonderful to have room and bathrooms for all our guests. Excellent location close to a number of places within a short walk. Restaurants, groceries and Inverness castle all close by.
