It is structured on three levels of a total surface of approximately 170 m2. It has four double-bedrooms (two queen size, one king size and one bunk bed), each with en-suite bathroom, as well as one WC. The two bedrooms on the lower level are very spacious and one them can accommodate an additional single guest bed. The other two bedrooms are found at the upper level next to the big west veranda of approximately 55 m2 with ample view at Ballos Bay. The veranda is fully furnished with a designer dining table made of marble, a seating bench and 4 armchairs as well as an external sink area. The large living room at the middle level is characterized by the white fireplace, the vault of local architecture and the open plan fully equipped kitchen. It has a second marble dining table in a covered balcony.
