We just love the open plan living space and the beautiful bedrooms with jack and jill style bathrooms.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Dog crate. Travel cot and highchair.. Enclosed back garden with garden furniture. 2 pets welcome, not to be permitted on furniture or beds. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: Step in garden. There are no charging faciltiies for electric vehicles. There is external CCTV at the property, for security purposes.. Step into the spacious living/dining/kitchen room, where you can look forward to relaxing in the evenings after a day of adventure on the huge wrap around sofa in front of a large wall mounted Smart TV. The modern kitchen is sure to delight with a host of modern appliances including an electric range cooker and induction hob. There is plenty of worktop space from which to prepare a delicious picnic to enjoy whilst exploring or for cooking an evening meal to enjoy at the social dining table. Doors lead through to an orangery where you can sit and relax in the afternoon sun or throw open the doors and allow the summer breeze in. The enclosed dog friendly garden is the perfect spot to soak up the summer sun or for that tranquil early morning coffee before heading out for the day. Discover two stunning king-size bedrooms with TVâs that share a jack and jill style bathroom. There is also the added luxury of a house bathroom with a bath and shower over.
A short stroll will find you in the heart of Bridlington where you will find a host of restaurants, pubs, tea rooms and convenience stores. Stroll down to one of Bridlingtonâs two beaches and enjoy a swim in the bracing English Chanel or tuck into some of Bridlingtonâs famous fish and chips. Enjoy a leisurely stroll on the promenade or hop on board the land train. Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere House and gardens are also within a short drive. With a choice of golf courses close at hand and the stunning Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast to explore either on foot or by bike there really is something for everyone.
