Nikolas guest house is located in the eastern side of Lefkada island in a quiet location called Nikiana. Just 10 minutes from the center of the island and 5 minutes from the popular Nidri area with the majestic waterfalls that will take your breath away with their natural beauty! Nikolas Guest House is a newly built 120 square meter house. It is a two-storey villa with a balcony on each level. It consists of 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. When entering the house, on the ground floor, you will find the spacious living room with the dining room. Exactly opposite, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with wooden cupboards, a cooker, a fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher that will serve all your needs during your stay. The windows in the kitchen allow the sun to enter the room shedding light all over. The living room has a breathtaking view of the Ionian clear blue waters which you can enjoy even more by stepping out on the balcony where you will be overlooking the private pool ideal for families and couples. It is framed with a wooden fence and the comfortable sunbeds will offer many relaxing hours of sunbathing under the Greek sun, getting a tan or reading a book.
