We had a great time and really appreciated the spacious bathroom. The trails around the hut were a bit harder to explore then expected but overall it was a wonderful and cozy place for a time out.
New yoga mat (and maybe two) would be really cool!
Our second stay in this lovely cabin. A glimpse of the tree marker, no badger this time. We did think we had some visits of a wild cat. Less birds than last year, dont know why. But we did enjoy it, no doubt about it! Good coffee and cake in the post office, we love the village stores in Scotland! The Indian restaurant is also very good.

Such a great stay here in the little cabin! We loved the amenities (kitchen space, towel heater, wood burning stove), and this was a perfect place to stay on our honeymoon! After long hikes and days filled with exploration, this was a perfect refuge to come back too. If we werent coming from so far away we certainly would be back. Thankyou for making this such a pleasant and hassle free lodging!

We had an amazing time in the cabin, listening to the birds, willow warbles and chaffinch' this morning. It was a great place to relax and wind down in front of the fire at the end of the day. We had a great time exploring, going for a dip in Plodda Falls ad Dog Falls as well as an epic hike. Very grateful for the shower here back at the cabin after that day! Cant wait to come back, loved every second!
This very cosy cabin is the ideal place to switch off from the outside world.
The windows surrounding the cabin allowance for an all round view of the area (which there is plenty of things to see). Easy instructions and easy access, with an attentive host, I strongly recommend a visit to this cab for anyone looking to visit rural Scotland. Just remember to bring the wellies if it's raining!
We had the such a peaceful and relaxing weekend in Strath Glass. Everything has been so well thought through, it's clear that a lot of love and care has gone into creating this cosy hideaway. Can't wait to plan our next trip!
Our stay was a beautiful escape from our busy everyday lives.
We spent our evenings by the fire, and our days enjoying the great outdoors and city of Inverness. The cabin was very cosy and had everything we needed. Weâd love to visit again in the future!
We had an amazing 3-day stay at this lovely cabin in the forest.
Everything was beautiful, and every little detail was thoughtfully considered, which made us very happy. The only downside was the lack of extra supplies like garbage bagstissues.. Everything was wonderful. We will definitely come back again! Demet
Very well set up, warm cosy cabin, everything you need for a break away from it all.
Fridge & cool box capacity is limited, plan accordingly as it is a cabin in the woods after all. Dont worry the beersfizz will chill outside.
The location is excellent and this could have easy been a 10አreview but for a few things which we personally could have been better. The walk up the hill gives amazing views across the glen and you really do feel surrounded by nature.
Itâs sold as a digital detox retreat but the lighting is so poor you canât read a book in the comfy seats. The fridge is tiny, and head butting the tap in the bathroom sink soon became annoying.
This accommodation is well-suited for anyone looking for a quiet retreat.
Itâs in a nice location with nature surrounding the area. The fireplace does a good job of keeping things warm and cozy. If youâre looking to take a break and have some time to yourself, this place is a really good option.đ
A tiny wooden cabin situated in a quiet rural area.
Great for unwinding. Short drive to local interest spots such as Affric Glen with stunning waterfalls, rivers, lochs and good walks. Highly recommend for a stay.
The location the surroundings the fire the stars the woods the stream the coasiness.
Pla make sure there is warm water. It didnt work until we apped with the owner
And the cups and plates were filthy + there were black hairs in the shower.
We absolutely loved spending 4 nights here, the surroundings are beautiful and the cabin is as cosy
Host Alex was in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly. We will be back!
The fridge is a little small if youâre planning on doing a lot of cooking but not a problem.
Calm, peaceful, alone in the world!!! The kind of atypical place perfect for a stay in Scotland, in the Highlands! Small but so warm! I highly recommend!
Lovely little cabin in the heart of the Highlands. Lots of modern touches underfloor heating in bathroom, heated towel rail. Cabin was superb, big windows, wood burning fire and amazing velux to watch the stars from bed. Had an issue upon arrival, Finest Retreats we t above and beyond to sort quickly. Will be going back again!

Our stay at Cosagach Falls was more than we had even hoped
Our stay at Cosagach Falls was more than we had even hoped. The place was incredibly cosy, comfortable and a perfect place to completely relax. The surroundings were incredible and truly felt like a true escape in the Highlands. Finest retreats and the owner were incredibly helpful, responsive and informative. There was some slight issues on our way travelling to the cabin caused by the terrible conditions and rain. Both were extremely helpful and considerate when this was happening and everything was managed so well. Will definitely be booking again for a stay in the summer.

We had such a gorgeous stay here- would highly recommend to everyone! The cabin was so lovely and rustic and private, so it really did feel like a detox being there. There were lots of games and books available there and so many walks in the surrounding area too, where you could spot wildlife like deer. Absolutely perfect. Just wish we could have stayed longer!
This is one of the loveliest cabins we have visited
This is one of the loveliest cabins we have visited. The log burner and the incredible views really add up to this rustic look and let you embrace a slower pace of life. Lovely find!
