We had a good stay

We liked the place. Very clean and in fact cosy. The entrance is behind 2 firedoors and on the 2nd floor BTW.

Fabulous stay!

Great location, walkable to our UK office, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The flat worked perfectly for me. Could not have been happier.

The apartment was clean and was fine for our family, however, check in was terrible. We were given wrong code for one of the entrances. One of the locals gave us the code. we were not advised that we had to pick up the keys elsewhere, it was difficult to locate the apartment. Had to go through the fire escape to access the apartment. There were no check in instructions. Paid extra for early check in but it took us 2 hours to check in after numerous of phone calls.

Good place, good location, unreasonable manager

This is an honest review intended to help a future guest make a decision. Bottom line - the unit was as described and we enjoyed our stay. The manager, however, took advantage of our situation to make some extra money and wouldn't even consider a reasonable request. We booked a 3-day stay to drop off our American daughter for a study abroad program. We had some difficulty with the drop off and thought we were going to need an additional day to coordinate. We talked to the manager, they approved the extension, and we paid for the extra night. Just 4 hours later, the drop off situation was resolved and we contacted the manager to say we didn't need the extra night. They said they would not consider a refund no matter the circumstances due to their standard policy. We left after our originally planned 3 days, and they kept the additional night's payment. Decide for yourself, but this seems completely unreasonable considering the circumstances and the fact that we had just made the payment 4 hours earlier. I tried several times to explain the situation and repeat my request. They were responsive but inflexible. Check-in / out requires picking up keys from a convenience store a couple blocks away. This was easy for us. Note the store is not open 24/7. As some have mentioned, the unit is located behind a couple fire doors that say "keep closed." It took a little searching initially. Beds comfortable, bath linens and supplies good.
