There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a shared front lawn and shared rear enclosed garden with furniture. Within 1.3 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a river and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Note: Accessed via 12 external stone steps. Note: WiFi reception is limited. Note: There is an unfenced wildlife pond in shared garden, children to be supervised
